Hello Dear Readers!
We are so excited to be on our second Geology and Ecology of the Bahamas trip! This semester Dr. Ruhl and I have 12 students in the class. We left Little Rock this morning at the crack of dark and arrived in Nassau almost on schedule. After checking in at our hotel, we all headed downtown to the straw market for some souvenirs and then off to dinner at an amazing Bahamian restaurant. After returning to our hotel, the students got into their bathing suits and headed directly across the street for a little beach time. They are all bonding so well! The students will keep up with some posting on the blog this week so stay tuned for their take on this amazing experience.
